Check the proposed incoming-water connection point, available mounting space and which outlets will receive filtered water. Compare each model’s housing size, cartridge configuration and stated water-supply requirements. If you use rainwater or bore water, arrange suitable laboratory testing before selecting treatment rather than assuming a system makes the water safe.

Planning whole-home filtration

The system and its connection point need to suit your property. Confirm which outlets will receive filtered water before ordering; the category name does not establish coverage of every tap.

  • Send photos of the proposed location and accessible water supply so we can check access and the installation scope.
  • Confirm which indoor and outdoor outlets should be treated and whether the proposed connection point serves them.
  • Choose a model with documented flow and pressure requirements suited to the property, with space to service and replace its filter elements.
  • Confirm any bypass, isolation, mounting or pipework requirements and the manufacturer’s replacement-element schedule before booking.

Price and booking

For a system supplied by TapLife, the first installation fee is $480.00 including GST, plus the system price.

Check your postcode on the product page and confirm compatibility before ordering. For made-to-order systems, ask us for the current lead time; installation is arranged once the system arrives.
