Why it matters: in NSW, fitting taps, showers, vanities, laundry tubs and water filters is plumbing work that must be done by a licensed plumber, and gas work needs a licensed gasfitter. If our workmanship is ever at fault within 12 months, we come back and put it right at no charge.

Who carries out my installation?
Our licensed, insured NSW plumber carries out your installation (Lic. 498555C). Gas work is carried out by a licensed gasfitter. Delivery is included when we supply the product.
Are there any hidden costs?
Your configured total includes the products and services you choose, including GST. Installation-only services cover fitting an item you supply, or the gas cap-off you book. There is no call-out fee or hourly rate. Options and extra items are shown in your total before payment. If something unexpected needs additional work, we explain the work and its price and get your agreement before starting it.
How quickly can you install?
Order in-stock items before 12pm Sydney time for next-day supply and installation, subject to available slots. You choose the day and arrival window at checkout. We install seven days a week across most of Sydney metro. Made-to-order items are booked once they arrive.
What does the installation fee include?
One fixed fee covers the work described in your chosen service, its applicable safety checks, tidy-up and our workmanship warranty. Delivery is included when we supply the product. Removal of an old item is included only where your service or selected option says so. Eligible extra items fitted on the same visit have lower installation rates. The exceptions are cooktops, whole-home filtration systems, dishwashers and gas cooktop cap-offs, each priced per unit. Any additional work is priced and agreed before it starts.
What if something goes wrong later?
Your installation is backed by our 12-month workmanship warranty — if our work is at fault we come back and put it right at no charge. The product itself is covered by the manufacturer warranty that comes with it, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply on top of both.
Do you service my suburb?
We cover most of the Sydney metro area — Penrith to the Inner West, Campbelltown to the Hills District, and south to Sutherland. A few outer and harbour-access suburbs are outside our run, and we don't attend the Sydney CBD.
