What you’re paying for
Everything in your $200. No hourly rate, no surprises.
- Turning off the water and disconnecting your old dishwasher, if there is one, and moving it out of the space
- Connecting the water supply hose to the existing dishwasher tap
- Connecting the drain hose to the existing waste outlet under the sink
- Sliding the new dishwasher into place, levelling it and securing it to the benchtop or cabinets
- A test run to check every connection for leaks before we leave
- Cleaned upCleaning up and taking our rubbish with us

What if my existing plumbing needs extra work? If additional work is needed, the plumber explains the situation and the cost before doing anything further. Nothing extra is ever charged without your approval.

Fixed-price installation for a dishwasher you supply, by our licensed NSW plumber across most of Sydney metro. Water and drain connected, levelled, secured and checked for leaks on a test run.
We install the dishwasher you have already bought. You buy it wherever you like, and our licensed NSW plumber connects it properly — for one fixed price per dishwasher that you can see before you order, with no call-out fee and no hourly rate.

What we need from you
- The dishwasher itself, on site before we arrive, with the hoses and fixing kit that came with it.
- A space already set up for a dishwasher: a water tap for it, a waste connection under the sink and a power point nearby.
- Access to the kitchen and the water shut-off.
What is not covered
The fixed price assumes your new dishwasher goes into an existing dishwasher space, using the water, waste and power points already there. These are not included:
- Fitting a new water tap or waste connection where there is none
- Cutting or modifying cabinets or benchtops to make a space
- Any electrical work: the dishwasher must plug into an existing power point
- Taking the old dishwasher away
- Supplying the dishwasher
If the plumber finds something that could not be seen when you ordered, such as a seized tap or a waste in the wrong place, the plumber explains what is needed and what it costs before doing anything further. Nothing extra is ever charged without your approval, and you are free to say no.
Who does the work
Every installation is carried out by our own licensed NSW plumber, never a subcontracted handyman. We install across most of Sydney metro, seven days a week. You choose the day and an arrival window at checkout: 8am to 12pm, or 12pm to 5pm (Fridays: mornings only).
Why it has to be a licensed plumberNSW licensing rules
In New South Wales, plumbing work must be carried out by a licensed plumber. Every installation is performed under NSW plumbing licence 498555C.
Warranty: what’s coveredOur workmanship · the maker’s warranty · your ACL rights
Our 12-month workmanship warranty covers the installation: the connections we made and the way we fitted it. If something we did causes a leak or a fault, we come back and put it right at no charge.
The dishwasher you supply keeps its own manufacturer’s warranty. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply on top of both.
