Earn $10 AUD for each qualifying order placed through your link, once that installation is completed and paid for. Everyone with a TapLife account already has a link. It is one fee per order, however many fixtures are on it, and your friend pays the ordinary price.

Share your link
It is in your account, ready to copy. Text it, email it, put it in a group chat — however you would normally pass on a good tradesperson.

They place a qualifying order
Anything they order within 30 days of opening your link counts as yours. They pay the normal price — a referral never costs them a cent extra.

The plumber finishes the job
Your fee is earned once the installation is completed and paid for. The timing depends on the installation day and, for made-to-order products, when they arrive. You can watch it move from pending to earned in your account.

We pay you
By bank transfer, arranged with you — not an instant credit or cashback. The date, amount and reference appear in your panel, so what we say we paid and what lands in your account are the same record.

Choose a supplied-and-installed product or an installation-only service. Your total is shown before you order; delivery is included when we supply the product. No call-out fee or hourly rate. Any additional work is priced and agreed before it starts.
Every job is done by a licensed NSW plumber (Lic. 498555C) and carries a 12-month workmanship warranty.
They pick the day and the arrival window at checkout, or once a made-to-order item arrives. No waiting in for a plumber who might turn up.
The small print, up front
We would rather you knew these now than felt caught out later.
- The fee is earned when the installation is completed and paid for — not when the order is placed. A cancelled or fully refunded order does not qualify for a referral fee.
- Your link is remembered on your friend’s device for 30 days. If they clear their cookies, switch to another phone, or open somebody else’s referral link after yours, it will not be counted. That is how every scheme like this works, and we would rather say so.
- You will never see your friend’s name, address or what they bought — only a reference, a date and the amount. Their order is their business.
- One fee per qualifying order, not per fixture. Referring your own orders does not earn a fee, and neither does a test or duplicate order.
- Where two referral links have been opened, the most recent valid one is counted. The customer can remove a referral at checkout if they would rather not.
- Please tell people it is a paid referral when you recommend us — it is the honest thing to do, and it is what the rules expect.
- Think an order should have been yours and was not? Tell us roughly when and what, and we will check it and tell you either way.
