The Stefani 5 Stage Reverse Osmosis System provides cleaner, better-tasting drinking water straight from a dedicated tap in your kitchen. Using multi-stage filtration, the system is designed to reduce dissolved solids, PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances), chemicals and chlorine, while improving taste and odour for everyday drinking and cooking.

Filtration Stages

  • 5 Micron Sediment Filter (PP) – captures sediment, dirt and rust
  • GAC Carbon Filter – helps reduce chemicals such as chlorine
  • 5 Micron Carbon Block Filter (CTO) – improves taste and odour
  • Reverse Osmosis Membrane – ultra-fine filtration of dissolved solids and PFAS
  • Post-Carbon Inline Filter – final polishing stage for clean and fresh taste

Installed neatly under the sink, the compact design connects to a 15-litre pressurised storage tank that stores filtered water ready to use. The system includes a lead-free drinking water tap and a complete installation kit with tubing, adapters and fittings for a clean and professional setup.

WaterMark certified and suitable for Australian plumbing installations, this system offers a convenient alternative to bottled water and countertop filter jugs.

Why it has to be a licensed plumberNSW licensing rules

In New South Wales, connecting a water filter to the supply is licensed plumbing work. Our licensed NSW plumber carries out the installation (Lic. 498555C). If we supplied your system, come to us about any fault: sorting out whether it is the product or our installation is our job. Our workmanship warranty covers our installation, the system keeps its manufacturer’s warranty, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply on top.

You bought the product and the installation from us, so we are who you come to — for either. Sorting out where a fault sits is our job, not yours.

Come to us. Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo, and we take it from there — you do not have to find a warranty card or deal with the manufacturer yourself. If our installation caused it, the 12-month workmanship warranty covers it and we come back and put it right at no charge. If the part itself has failed, we handle the claim and liaise with the manufacturer where that is needed. Either way, the repair, replacement or refund the Australian Consumer Law requires is ours to provide as the supplier, and those rights do not end when a manufacturer warranty does.
