The Stefani Single Stage Undersink Water Filtration System – Lead Free is a single-stage under-sink system with a dedicated filter tap and the required installation fittings. We supply and install it across most of Sydney metro with our own licensed NSW plumber in one visit.

Single-stage filtration under your sink

The Stefani single-stage under-sink system uses a carbon block filter to reduce sediment, chlorine taste and odour. It includes a dedicated filter tap and the fittings listed for installation.

Why it has to be a licensed plumberNSW licensing rules

In New South Wales, connecting a water filter to the supply is licensed plumbing work. Our licensed NSW plumber carries out the installation (Lic. 498555C). If we supplied your system, come to us about any fault: sorting out whether it is the product or our installation is our job. Our workmanship warranty covers our installation, the system keeps its manufacturer’s warranty, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply on top.

You bought the product and the installation from us, so we are who you come to — for either. Sorting out where a fault sits is our job, not yours.

Come to us. Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo, and we take it from there — you do not have to find a warranty card or deal with the manufacturer yourself. If our installation caused it, the 12-month workmanship warranty covers it and we come back and put it right at no charge. If the part itself has failed, we handle the claim and liaise with the manufacturer where that is needed. Either way, the repair, replacement or refund the Australian Consumer Law requires is ours to provide as the supplier, and those rights do not end when a manufacturer warranty does.
