The Mondella 250mm Polished Stainless Steel Resonance Round Shower Head – Chrome has a swivel ball joint for angle adjustment and a standard 1/2-inch BSP connection. We supply and install it across most of Sydney metro with our own licensed NSW plumber. The 250mm round head is the size that suits a normal Australian shower recess. Large enough to feel like an upgrade on a builder-grade rose, small enough that it does not overwhelm a standard-height arm or throw water past the screen.

The polished stainless finish is brighter than plated chrome and does not have a coating to wear through, which matters on a fitting sitting in daily steam.

Angle is set on a swivel ball joint, and it threads onto any standard 1/2″ BSP arm. Lead-free and WELS rated for efficiency.

Why it has to be a licensed plumberNSW licensing rules

Connecting a rail, arm, wall shower or twin set to the wall outlet changes the water-supply connection, which is licensed plumbing work in New South Wales. Swapping a screw-on shower head or handpiece on the existing hardware is ordinary DIY. Our licensed NSW plumber carries out the installation (Lic. 498555C). If we supplied your product, come to us about any fault: sorting out whether it is the product or our installation is our job. Our workmanship warranty covers our installation, the product keeps its manufacturer’s warranty, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply on top.

You bought the product and the installation from us, so we are who you come to — for either. Sorting out where a fault sits is our job, not yours.

Come to us. Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo, and we take it from there — you do not have to find a warranty card or deal with the manufacturer yourself. If our installation caused it, the 12-month workmanship warranty covers it and we come back and put it right at no charge. If the part itself has failed, we handle the claim and liaise with the manufacturer where that is needed. Either way, the repair, replacement or refund the Australian Consumer Law requires is ours to provide as the supplier, and those rights do not end when a manufacturer warranty does.
