The Everhard 45L Classic SS Standard Laundry Unit pairs a stainless steel trough with a reversible door for left or right opening. The Classic 45L SS Laundry Unit is a timeless and practical unit for Australian families. The bowl is made from quality stainless steel and the cabinet is white powder coated to protect the unit from the elements. Everhard provides a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty on the bowl and cabinet.

Why it has to be a licensed plumberNSW licensing rules

Replacing a laundry tub means disconnecting and reconnecting the water supply and waste, which is licensed plumbing work in New South Wales. The standard installation uses the existing plumbing connections; new pipework inside walls or moving major floor wastes is extra work, explained, priced and agreed first. Our licensed NSW plumber carries out the installation (Lic. 498555C). If we supplied your product, come to us about any fault: sorting out whether it is the product or our installation is our job. Our workmanship warranty covers our installation, the product keeps its manufacturer’s warranty, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply on top.

You bought the product and the installation from us, so we are who you come to — for either. Sorting out where a fault sits is our job, not yours.

Come to us. Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo, and we take it from there — you do not have to find a warranty card or deal with the manufacturer yourself. If our installation caused it, the 12-month workmanship warranty covers it and we come back and put it right at no charge. If the part itself has failed, we handle the claim and liaise with the manufacturer where that is needed. Either way, the repair, replacement or refund the Australian Consumer Law requires is ours to provide as the supplier, and those rights do not end when a manufacturer warranty does.
