What if the wall needs extra work? A grab rail needs solid fixing points in the wall behind it. Adding timber backing inside the wall, tiling, patching and painting are outside the fixed installation price. If there is no solid fixing point where you want the rail, we explain the options and what they cost before doing anything further. Nothing extra is charged without your approval, and you are free to say no.

This 32 x 900 mm Stainless Steel Grab Rail with 3 Function Shower Set combines the safety of a grab rail with the convenience of an adjustable handheld shower. The grab rail is constructed from durable grade 304 stainless steel, offering both style and support in wet areas. It supports up to 250 kg, featuring cover plates to conceal mounting flanges for a clean look.

The integrated shower set includes a 3-function shower head with stream, rain, and massage settings, easily selectable via an oversize ergonomic lever — ideal for users with limited dexterity. The height and angle adjustable shower slider is designed to suit 32 mm diameter grab rails, allowing for flexible positioning to suit individual needs. A 2-metre hose offers added reach and ease of use, making showering more accessible and comfortable for users.

Why it has to be fixed properlySafe fixing

A grab rail has to take your weight the moment you need it, so it must be fixed into solid timber, masonry or proper backing behind the wall, not into plasterboard or tile alone. If there is no solid fixing point where you want the rail, we explain the options and agree any additional work and its price before starting. Our licensed NSW plumber carries out the installation (Lic. 498555C). If we supplied your product, come to us about any fault: sorting out whether it is the product or our installation is our job.

You bought the product and the installation from us, so we are who you come to — for either. Sorting out where a fault sits is our job, not yours.

Come to us. Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo, and we take it from there — you do not have to find a warranty card or deal with the manufacturer yourself. If our installation caused it, the 12-month workmanship warranty covers it and we come back and put it right at no charge. If the part itself has failed, we handle the claim and liaise with the manufacturer where that is needed. Either way, the repair, replacement or refund the Australian Consumer Law requires is ours to provide as the supplier, and those rights do not end when a manufacturer warranty does.
