The Caroma Chrome Lead Free Luna Tower Mixer is a mixer we supply and install across most of Sydney metro. Delivered and fitted by our own licensed NSW plumber in a single visit.

The tower Luna is built for an above-counter basin, where a standard mixer would sit below the rim and be unusable. The extra height clears the bowl and puts the spout where the water needs to land.

Pick this one only if the basin sits on the bench rather than in it – in an inset basin a tower throws water and splashes the vanity. The mid-height Luna is the version for that.

Same engineering underneath: a 25mm ceramic disc cartridge keeping the body slim, lead-free brass certified under 0.25% lead, an easy-clean silicone aerator, and leak testing on every unit.

Why it has to be a licensed plumberNSW licensing rules

In New South Wales, replacing a tap means disconnecting and reconnecting it to the water supply, which is licensed plumbing work. Genuine minor maintenance, such as replacing a tap washer or a screw-on aerator, is different. Our licensed NSW plumber carries out the installation (Lic. 498555C). If we supplied your product, come to us about any fault: sorting out whether it is the product or our installation is our job. Our workmanship warranty covers our installation, the product keeps its manufacturer’s warranty, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply on top.

You bought the product and the installation from us, so we are who you come to — for either. Sorting out where a fault sits is our job, not yours.

Come to us. Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo, and we take it from there — you do not have to find a warranty card or deal with the manufacturer yourself. If our installation caused it, the 12-month workmanship warranty covers it and we come back and put it right at no charge. If the part itself has failed, we handle the claim and liaise with the manufacturer where that is needed. Either way, the repair, replacement or refund the Australian Consumer Law requires is ours to provide as the supplier, and those rights do not end when a manufacturer warranty does.
